Assignment #11: Creating a satellite business: a portable Pizza Oven

Pizza from a wood-fired oven is a brilliant way of bringing people together and eat local, hand-made food. The assignment was to engage young adults in Frome in starting and running a portable wood-fired pizza oven that can be used for catering at Community Events, local markets and other events.
