Congrats to our Comms for Change team

Congratulations to our Comms for Change team, who have just completed their course after launching three inspiring communications projects. Their work highlights how caring for the planet also benefits our health—encouraging more people to get involved in making Frome greener and healthier.

Comms for Change is a hands-on course in cause-led communications. Through expert-led training and real-world experience, the team developed valuable communications skills, while getting real experience by working on a challenge with Green and Healthy Frome.

The team worked on three great projects:
– Spring into Action: focused on promoting volunteering in Frome & community projects such as Everyone Needs Pockets, Frome Community Bike Project and Frome Families for the Future. The team made three reels featuring interviews (and Lego animations!) to bring to life Green & Healthy Frome’s initiatives

– Join the Dots: Created a new, comprehensive leaflet to bring all the Green and Healthy Frome projects together in one, cohesive place. They worked closely with with designer Jenna Herman, who brought their creative vision to life in a colourful and engaging style.

– Earth Hour – Designed a brilliant board game, featuring friendly sprites to gets ideas flowing and starts a conversation about green and healthy actions people can take for themselves in Frome.
