How did this start? – hear about the recent independent history of Frome

Venue

The Welsh Mill Hub

Park Hill Drive, Frome, BA11 2LE

Frome, England, GB, BA11 2LE

Future Shed hosts an informal conversation with a few of the people who helped change Frome’s green, political and artistic shape.

Do you want to know more about the recent ‘independent history’ of Frome?

Would you like to hear directly from some of the people who have helped build the foundations for this town being an inspiring place to live?

Then this is your chance to join the dots between then and now. Maybe you’ve recently moved to Frome and want to learn about what has gone before. Or maybe you just want to hear a story or two again.

Come to this informal evening chat with some of those who helped change Frome’s Green, Political and Artistic offerings over the last 30 years.

Annabelle Macfadyen, Peter Macfadyen, Katy Duke, Cordelia Rowlatt, Chris Smaje & Sheila Gore will set the scene and share how it started, and what happened. The chat will be facilitated by Future Shed Lead Sue Palmer, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Come to the Welshmill hub from 6.30pm for a 7pm start.

Hot drinks and a few snacks on offer

Limited places due to the space – up to 30 people.

Apologies, but the Welshmill Hub is not accessible to wheeled users.

The talk will be recorded .
