Making for wellbeing
Every Thursday 6 -9 p.m.
Come along to our free weekly workshop space in Frome to connect and create. Every week, we’ll have a new project on the go that you can join in with.
Join us for an informal evening where we share ways that we make and create for wellbeing.
We’ll be sharing and discussing:
Where do you start with creativity for well-being?
What works for other people?
What kind of making is good for well-being?
We’ll have a number of different creative activities on offer that you can have a go at, including cross stitch and pottery and plenty of time to chat with other people about their ideas and experiences.
You’re also welcome to make use of our store of tools and materials to work on your own project or have a rummage and get inspired to start something new. Our team are on hand for guidance and to give you a warm welcome. And our urn is on for tea!
