Supported Enterprise Facilitator

Edventure Frome is recruiting an Supported Self Employment Facilitator to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to take part in our Enterprising courses and progress towards self-employment, freelance work or supported enterprise.

This is a new, pilot role funded through the Discovery Community Fund. You will provide tailored one-to-one support, help adapt learning materials and approaches, and work alongside tutors and mentors to ensure learners can fully engage and thrive.

This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, with experience in learning disability or autism support and is excited by creating self-employment and community-based work pathways for adults with learning challenges.

Location: Frome, Somerset
Contract: Fixed-term (10 months)
Hours: 1.5 days per week (approx. 12 hours per week)
Salary: £18.75 per hour (approx. £9,000 for the contract)
Start date: March 2026

Programme Manager – FromeBase (Freelance)

Love building things from scratch? Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen?

Edventure Frome CIC is looking for a hands-on Programme Manager to develop FromeBase – a new community-run DIY materials reuse store and practical workshop space.

You’ll be helping turn an empty space into a busy, useful, well-loved community asset.

Location: Frome, Somerset
Contract: Freelance, 12 months
Hours: 20 hours a week
Salary: £17.85 per hour
Start date ASAP
