We are looking for an inspiring individual and experienced facilitator to deliver our flagship Start-up course in Frome. The course is an intensive 11 weeks, part design sprint, part ‘learning by doing’, designed to support young adults on their journey to find a livelihood that matters, and to make a tangible difference to our local community.

We are looking for someone with a passion for making a difference in the world. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial flair, experience in course management and delivery, and a good understanding of social enterprise. They will also be responsible for course recruitment so an ability to speak publicly, nurture partner relationships and reach out on social media is desirable.

The role includes; delivering face-to-face courses following the Start-up syllabus, coordinating pupil recruitment, managing community outreach, both in person and on-line, and building a local stakeholder network.
