Assignment #0: Recruitment Challenge
August 2012. The group of applicants had 4 hours to prepare to welcome 20 people from Frome for dinner and conversations in order to find out more about existing opportunities and challenges in Frome. A massive dinner was cooked and outdoor furniture was build from old pallets. Frome TV filmed how the team had to come together and use a box of tools, a random selection of ingredients and a task brief that asked them to not only create a fun and inspiring event, but also learn from their experience of working together.
